Sean O’Donoghue has over 20 years experience working within the property industry, he has managed all phases of numerous development projects from single residential units and small apartment schemes through to mixed large scale developments.

He was appointed director of Southern Properties ltd in 1990. Sean also worked as a US licensed realtor in Santa Fe, New Mexico before returning to Ireland and completing the IAVI Residential and Land Agency Course. He holds a Bsc. (Hons) in Property Studies at DIT and was a member of the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute (IAVI). He is an associate member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCSI) and an associate member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) He has also held an Auctioneers Licence, is registered with the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) and carries full professional indemnity insurance. Sean is a RICS Registered Valuer.

Sean established Blackdoor Property ltd in 2000, Blackdoor provides property services throughout Dublin city and region. It has a strong focus on commercial and residential lettings and also on bespoke property management services.

Property Valuer was established to provide qualified, professional valuation advice and services on commercial and residential property.
